Does my card come with an envelope?
Yes, all of our greeting cards comes with our signature pink envelope.
Generally, civil ceremony products are provided with envelopes where required. Each product listing will confirm this.
How can you ensure my card won’t be bent or creased due to mailing issues?
All our cards are sent in a special ‘DO NOT BEND’ envelope, which ensures your card will arrive to you in the best condition. Larger orders are packaged accordingly to ensure it arrives with you safely.
Is my card sent under ‘plain packaging’?
Yes, all of our products are sent out in plain packaging with no ‘sender address’ or logo printed on the envelopes.
What if I have a problem after I have made my order?
If you have any problems or changes you would like to make to your order, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
How will my order be sent?
Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders are sent with a national courier. Free UK delivery is included on all items and there is no minimum order. International deliveries are sent through the postal service or through our international courier.
How much is delivery?
Delivery varies on where you are in the world. UK orders are always free. Pricing of delivery for your item will be displayed on the relevant product page. If you require more information about a specific delivery address please get in touch before placing an order and we can advise.
When will my order be delivered?
For non personalised items: We do our very best to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm the very same working day. However, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Express and special delivery is available upon request. European and Worldwide deliveries may vary.
For personalised items: From receiving your order and personalisation details, we do our best to provide you with artwork proofs within 5 working days. Upon artwork approval, we do our very best to print and dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery. Express and special delivery options are available upon request. European and Worldwide deliveries may vary. Please contact us if you need clarification on the lead time for a specific product.
How do I make payment?
Payment is dealt with through Paypal, however you do not have to have a Paypal account to use it. Simply click the option to check out using a debit or credit card and insert your card details to complete the transaction. We do not charge for credit or debit card payments.
Is my payment secure?
As paypal deals with the transaction, we do not see your card details, giving you extra piece of mind. Paypal uses a secure system to deal with your transaction, more details can be found at www.paypal.co.uk
